Surah 36. Ya-Sin

In the name of ALLAH, the Benevolent, the Merciful

1. Ya Sin.
2. By the wise Quran,
3. Surely you are among those sent
4. On a Right Way
5. Sent down by the Mighty, the Merciful,
6. That you may warn a folk whose fathers were not warned, so they are unaware.
7. And surely the Word is proved true of most of them, for they do not keep faith.

8. Surely We have put on their necks yokes reaching to the chins, so that they are stiff necked.
9. And We have set a bar before them and a bar behind them, and have covered them so that they see not.
10. Whether you warn them or you warn them not, it is alike for them, for they deny.
11. You warn only him who follows the Reminder and fears the Benevolent in secret. To him bear tidings of forgiveness and a rich reward.
12. Lo! We it is Who bring the dead to life. We record that which they send before, and their footprints. And all things We have kept in a clear register.
