Surah 63. Al-Munafiqun
In the name of ALLAH, the Benevolent, the Merciful
1. When the hypocrites come to you they say: We bear witness that you are indeed ALLAH's messenger. And ALLAH knows that you are indeed His messenger, and ALLAH bears witness that the hypocrites are liars.
2. They take the protection of their oaths then hinder from the way of ALLAH. Surely evil is that which they are inclined to do,
3. That is because they kept faith and then denied, so their hearts are sealed; then they understand not.
4. And when you see them their persons please you; and if they speak you listen to their words. They are like blocks of wood in striped cloaks. They think every cry is against them. They are the enemy, so beware of them. ALLAH confound them! How they are perverted!
5. And when it is said to them: Come! The messenger of ALLAH will ask forgiveness for you! they avert their faces and you see them hindering, disdainful.
6. It is alike for them whether you ask forgiveness for them or ask not forgiveness for them, ALLAH will not forgive them. Lo! ALLAH Guides not the corrupt folk.
7. They it is who say: Spend not on those with ALLAH's messenger that they may disperse; when ALLAH's are the treasures of the heavens and the earth, but the hypocrites comprehend not.
8. They say: Surely, if we return to Madinah the mightier will soon drive out the weaker; when might belongs to ALLAH and to His messenger and the faithful, but the hypocrites know not.
